Zepbound® is injected once weekly. The approved schedule starts at 2.5 mg for 4 weeks, then 5 mg. The dose may be increased in 2.5 mg steps after at least 4 weeks on the current dose, to a maintenance dose of 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg once weekly, with a maximum of 15 mg.
