All prescription sales are final. Because these are prescription medications, all sales are final. Prescription products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order has been processed or shipped.
Refunds. We generally do not offer refunds. We may review limited exceptions — such as a duplicate or erroneous charge — case by case at our discretion. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Order review. Once an order has been submitted to a Provider for medical review, it cannot be canceled, because your information is routed immediately for clinical evaluation. This applies even if the medication has not yet been dispensed. You may still manage or cancel future refills, renewals, or subscriptions as described in our Cancellation Policy.
