Orders are processed after a licensed Provider reviews and approves your medical intake and prescription. Once approved, the prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy partner for fulfillment and shipment. Most orders are processed within a few business days, and tracking information is provided once your shipment leaves the pharmacy.
Cold-chain medications are shipped via 2-day delivery during colder months and overnight during warmer weather to maintain proper temperature in transit. Non-refrigerated treatments are shipped via 2-day delivery.
All orders are packaged discreetly. Delivery timelines may vary based on pharmacy processing times, weather, and carrier operations. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless stated otherwise, risk of loss passes to you when the product is delivered to the carrier.
