Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective September 24, 2026

This policy explains how Tomorrow Health LLC ("Tomorrow," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, as that term is defined in Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) and Nevada's consumer health data privacy law (NRS Chapter 603A), and the rights you have over it. We apply these practices to everyone who uses trytomorrow.com, wherever they live.

What this policy does not cover

This policy does not cover protected health information governed by HIPAA, including the answers you give in your medical intake, your communications with clinicians, and your treatment and prescription records. That information is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices. Our Privacy Policy covers personal information more generally.

Consumer health data we collect

  • Browsing activity on our website that could indicate interest in a health service, such as which treatment pages you view. Our hosting provider records this in standard server logs, and we use it to operate, secure, and fix the website.
  • Your cookie and consent choices, so we can respect them.
  • Messages you send us that mention your health, for example an email to care@trytomorrow.com, so we can respond.

Where we get it

  • Directly from you, when you contact us.
  • Automatically from your browser or device when you use our website, through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies. The cookies we use are listed on our Cookies page.

How we use it

We use consumer health data to operate, secure, and improve our website, to respect your choices, to respond to you, and, with your consent, to measure our advertising as described below.

How we share it

We do not sell consumer health data. We share it with these categories of recipients:

  • Service providers that host and operate our website, manage cookie consent, handle email, and run our medical intake platform. They process data for us under contracts that limit how they can use it.
  • Our advertising partner, Meta, only with your consent where the law requires it, and only from two general pages of trytomorrow.com: our homepage and trytomorrow.com/care. It receives device identifiers and page views so we can measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited. It never receives information from treatment, product, or safety pages on trytomorrow.com.
  • Google, through tags our intake platform provider loads. Our medical intake and checkout at start.trytomorrow.com are run by our platform provider, which loads Google advertising and analytics tags on those pages. We do not control these tags. They can receive the address and title of the page you are on, your IP address, and device identifiers. We have asked our provider to remove them and will update this policy if that changes.

We do not share consumer health data with affiliates. You can ask us for a list of every third party we have shared your consumer health data with; see "Your rights" below.

Consent

For visitors in Washington, Nevada, and Connecticut, advertising cookies on trytomorrow.com stay off until you choose to allow them. Elsewhere, you can turn them off at any time. You can withdraw your consent through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer, or by writing to us. The tags our intake platform provider loads on start.trytomorrow.com are not controlled by these settings.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data, and access that data.
  • Get a list of all third parties and affiliates we have shared it with, with an email address or other online contact for each.
  • Withdraw your consent to our collecting or sharing it.
  • Have it deleted. When we delete it, we also tell our service providers and any third party we shared it with to delete it.

Washington and Nevada law give these rights to their residents. We honor them for anyone who asks.

To make a request, email privacy@trytomorrow.com with "Consumer health data request" in the subject line, or call (855) TRY-TMRW. We will verify your identity before acting on a request. We respond within 45 days of receiving it. If we need more time, we may extend that once by up to 45 more days, and we will tell you before the first 45 days end. Requests are free up to twice in any 12-month period.

Appeals

If we decline to act on your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with "Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond in writing within 45 days of receiving your appeal and explain what we did and why. If your appeal is denied, you can file a complaint with the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov or the Nevada Attorney General at ag.nv.gov.

Location

We do not use geofences around health care facilities to collect consumer health data or to send messages or ads.

How we protect it

Only people who need consumer health data to provide our services can access it. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before using consumer health data in a new way.
