From your intake to your door: what happens, who does it, and how long it usually takes. All times are business days.
You start with an intake.
Choose a treatment and answer a medical questionnaire online: your health history, current medications and goals. You add payment at the end, but you’re only charged if a clinician prescribes.
A clinician reviews it.
A clinician licensed in your state, from an independent medical group, reviews every intake, typically within two business days. Depending on your health and where you live, the review happens online or includes a call or video visit you book yourself, online.
You get a straight answer.
Your clinician will approve treatment, ask you for more information, or tell you plainly that it isn’t right for you. If it isn’t, you won’t be charged.
A licensed pharmacy fills it.
Your prescription goes straight to a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Your order typically ships within two business days of being prescribed.
Your clinician stays involved.
Your clinician checks in as you go and adjusts your plan as your needs change. Questions go through your patient portal.
